Shipping Policy

As we sell living plants, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and in the best possible condition.

Dispatch Days

All live plant orders are dispatched between Monday and Wednesday only. This ensures your plants are not held in postal depots over the weekend, which could cause damage to living items.

Postage

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services for all orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your plant's journey to you.

Packaging

All plants are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. However, please be aware that as living organisms, plants may experience minor stress during shipping — this is normal and they should recover quickly once settled in their new home.

Issues on Arrival

Please refer to our Refund Policy regarding any issues with your order on arrival. We ask that you contact us on the day of delivery with any concerns, including photographs.
